UNPROFESSIONAL, hothead with an major anger issue. I brought in my 95 Tahoe to have a front end alignment. I dropped it off. 15 mins later Steve calls me telling me I need new A-Arm bushings and the Knock outs removed, I tell him to stop the work and I'll pick it up. he hang's up on me. I get back to the shop(walking) and he began arguing with me as soon as I walked in. I told him I did not want him to work on the car, (I suspected he was lying due to the fact that it had a FEA before.) He was obviously angry that I had caught him blatantly lying to me, he then informed me I had an attitude, mocked the people that recommended him (randy and Rhonda's) and tried to tell me parts were bad. after getting a second opinion. I was right the knocks outs had been taken out years ago and the bushings were fine but since I had it off I replaced them any ways (it was a$25 part) I put it back together and took it to Rutland tire. great work very professional. I just hope no one gets taken on a ride like I almost did.
